What is root & Reach 360°?
Set to launch in October 2026, Root & Reach 360° began with a dream from ILF's lead pastor in Southern India:
“What if every community within 360 kilometers could be reached with the love of Christ?”
This dream became a 36‑month, six‑phase holistic ministry model designed to engage, equip, empower, and serve communities from the inside out.

Root & REach 360° key programs
Pastor Training & Development
ILF equips local pastors and female ministry leaders to serve their communities with confidence, clarity, and compassion. Each leader receives spiritual support, practical ministry tools, and weekly leadership training designed specifically for rural and underserved regions.
What your support makes possible:
What your support makes possible:
- $12.50/month provides ongoing training and care for a pastor
- Bicycles extend ministry reach into remote villages
- 150 leaders are currently active in the program
- 35 new pastors begin Phase 1
- Growth to 360 trained leaders by Month 36
Home Church Network
ILF currently supports 150 churches reaching nearly 200 villages with a total population of 670,000. In partnership with local ministries in India, ILF will support home churches as the primary vehicle of Gospel multiplication and community transformation. Churches are planted in batches of 300 every six months, reaching 3,600 total by Month 30. Each home church is:
- Led by locally trained pastors and female leaders
- Connected to a wider local network for accountability and ongoing support
- Resourced with spiritual support, devotional materials, and oversight
- A living community of worship, discipleship, outreach, and community care
Widow Empowerment
ILF provides monthly economic assistance to 150 widows and vulnerable women at $12.50 per person per month. Additional support begins with adding 35 widows in Phase 1 and grows progressively, reaching all 360 by Month 36. In parallel, widows are enrolled in an Adult Vocation Center (see below), creating a dual stream of support: immediate financial assistance and long-term job skills.
Student Discipleship
In partnership with local ministry leaders, we’ll provide Bible focused education. Students will receive mentorship, theological grounding, and training at $10.00 per student per month. In addition to ILF current student support of 200+, the program begins with 60 students in Phase 1 and scales to 360 by Month 36, growing servant leaders who multiply the discipleship model into their peer networks and communities.
Adult Vocation Centers
Adult Vocation Centers and Beauty For Ashes Sanctuaries support widows and vulnerable women with the skills and tools to launch their own micro-enterprises or participate in ministry led activities - breaking the cycle of poverty and restoring economic dignity.
- Each cohort will cost $2,430.
- Cohort 1 - Phase 1
- Cohort 2 - Phase 3
- Cohort 3 - Phase 5
Beauty for Ashes Sanctuary
The Beauty for Ashes Sanctuary is a one-off capital project delivered in two phases. It provides a physical home for ILF’s spiritual formation ministry — a space where healing happens, stories are redeemed, and communities are restored.
- Total cost: $9600
- $4800 in Phase 5
- $4800 in Phase 6
Flood Victim Emergency Support
As an ongoing program, ILF allocates $100/month to provide emergency assistance to flood-affected communities. This fund enables rapid-response support — food, shelter assistance, and crisis care — reflecting ILF’s commitment to holistic ministry that responds to both spiritual and physical need.
