This year is especially meaningful for Impact A Life Foundation as we celebrate our 10th anniversary.  Back in July 2016, we completed our very first school in Sierra Leone. At the time, we had only 20 students, but we had a lot of faith.  Looking back over the past decade, one thing is abundantly clear:  God has been incredibly faithful.

For nearly ten years, you have faithfully walked alongside Impact A Life Foundation. You've prayed with us, encouraged us, supported the work, and celebrated what God has done through local ministry leaders around the world. Together, we've witnessed lives changed, families strengthened, churches equipped, and communities impacted through faithful local leadership and your generosity.

As we've watched this work grow, we've seen a simple pattern emerge:

• When local leaders are equipped, communities are transformed.
• When disciples are empowered, the Gospel multiplies.
• When the vulnerable are served with dignity and compassion, the love of Christ becomes tangible.

As we reflected on God's faithfulness over the past ten years, we began asking a simple question:  "Lord, what does the next season of ministry look like?" Our lead pastor in southern India answered that question with another question God planted in his heart: "What if we could engage, equip, empower, and serve every community within a 360-kilometer radius?"

That vision captured what God was already doing through local leaders and gave us a framework for where He may be leading us next.  And here's the exciting part, we're not talking about the next ten years. We're talking about the next three.  Root & Reach 360° is not a new direction for Impact A Life Foundation. Rather, it is the next chapter of a work God is already blessing.

As we launch this new chapter, we're not asking you to do anything different than you've already been doing so faithfully over the past ten years. It is not ultimately about numbers. It's about people. It's about men, women, and children encountering the hope, healing, and transforming love of Jesus Christ through faithful believers serving their own communities. We simply invite you to continue walking with us in prayer as God leads the way.

Thank you for being part of this journey. We are deeply grateful for your partnership, friendship, and encouragement over the years. We can't wait to see what God will do next over the next ten years...or perhaps the next three!
